Real estate agent saw the network of associates grow 28% in 2020, to 2,200, distributed in 26 Market Centers.
Keller Williams (KW), a global training and technology company specializing in the real estate business, grew in Portugal in 2020, a year marked by the arrival of the Covid-19 pandemic, with an increase in sales volume of 19%. The same happened with fundraising, which soared about 30% compared to 2019.
“The vast experience of almost 40 years of existence has prepared us to face challenging moments such as 2020. Therefore, these results reflect KW’s great ability to sustainably grow its associates, thanks to the sharing of ‘best practices’ and models and systems, as well as the training of close proximity”, says Eduardo Garcia e Costa, president of KW in Portugal, in a statement.
According to the mediator, who arrived in Portugal in 2014, the network of associates increased by 28% in 2020, with more than 2,200 across the country, distributed in 26 Market Centers.
“With the results achieved in 2020, it was thus possible for KW to distribute around 500 million euros to its associates who are part of the company’s Growth Share program, which works as a reward for contributing to the growth and construction of the real estate network. Since the beginning, KW in Portugal has already distributed more than 2.5 million euros extra to its consultants and teams that are part of the Growth Share program”, reads the note sent to the newsrooms.
